Minutes from the University of Oregon campus; perfect game-day getaway for college sports fans and outdoor enthusiasts.
Fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, laundry room, and carport. Private patio and a spacious fenced in yard.
Prime location: 6 min drive to campus, 7 min drive to Hayward Field, walkable to local dining gems like Hideaway Bakery, Cafe Med, & Xicha Brewing. Backs up to Amazon Trail, only 7 min drive to Spencer’s Butte.
No parties or pets (except service animals) please.
The space
3 bedrooms with additional sleeping areas in the living room (air mattress and the comfiest couch you will ever sleep on)
Perfect back yard for a few drinks at sunset under some patio lights.
Close walk to some of the best hidden gems in Eugene! Including Hideaway bakery, the amazon trail, hendricks park.
Easy walk into University of Oregon on game days where you can experience the short walk to Autzen Stadium (Over the river and through the woods!)
