A beautiful property! Each bedroom is spacious and comfortable and the common areas are perfect for gathering everyone. It is close to Athens proper and walkable. We loved everything about this awesome house!!!

This was Ritz Carlton level, beautiful interior design, warm and welcoming. Plenty of room for everyone. Great location can walk to all. Best nespresso machine! Host was amazing communicated through out the stay . Even arrived to champagne and cheese fruit platter. I will definitely be staying here again !

Perfect for a Large Group!This home comfortably slept our group of 19 with plenty of room to spare — spacious throughout, spotlessly clean, and no shortage of sleeping areas. The kitchen was fantastic for cooking and gathering as a big group, and the decor and amenities were top-notch. The location was also easily accessible, which made coordinating everyone's arrivals a breeze.We did run into a contractor issue at the start of our stay, but the host was quick to jump in and take care of it — really appreciated the responsiveness. Highly recommend for anyone hosting a large family or group event!

Our stay at Herty House definitely exceeded expectations - wasn’t so sure what we were getting into since the photos were minimal on the listing. Realized I was their first guest, which is why they gave me a deal since there were a few unfinished details. Lloyd was extremely helpful and communicative ahead of our stay to clearly explain the status of the home. The house felt super fresh/clean and new but still had a charming feel of a historic home - location was perfect. So close to campus… Hoping to book again next fall for a football game!

We rented entire house for a family wedding and all were thrilled with the beautiful kitchen/living room and comfortable and elegant bedrooms and baths. Double washer/dryers were a big help. Excellent location!
