Great Condo!

New upscale condo close to downtown. Cool loft vibe with added benefit of Froze and Coffee Shops outside! Clean with fully apportioned amenities and a great kitchen. Custom coffee beans were a nice touch! We will be back!

This is probably one of the nicest rentals I have stayed in. Very comfortable, location was good, high quality furnishings. Would definitely recommend.

Kappa parents weekend

Everything was great! Lived the decor and cleanliness ! The ice maker was broken and parking behind my building was full are the only 2 small critiques . But that would not deter me staying there again.

Deluxe acommodations should include a functional refrigerator

This is a nicely appointed apartment in what appears to be a transitional neighborhood.There is ample off street parking and check in and out was easy. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing because on the day of check in I was told that the fridge was not working and that there was a minfridge in its place. A mini fridge for a deluxe apartment hosting 4 adults, that is advertised as being able to sleep 8, just doesn't meet the standard of experience promised. We paid a steep premium price given that it was graduation and mothers day weekend and we did not have the space for all of our groceries and beverages. Not having a fully functional fridge was a significant inconvenience given the premium price that we paid. After I submitted my complaint I was reimbursed 10% of the original charge, which I feel doesn't reflect the significant impact this had on our experience.

Although we promptly informed you of the situation and offered an alternative solution prior to your arrival—one we believed would be suitable for a single guest based on your booking details—we understand it did not align with your expectations.. Despite that, we did provide a refund and while you find it insufficient, it was issued with careful consideration of the circumstances and the VRBO policies. Nevertheless, we’re glad that you appreciated the apartment and its location. We value your input and thanks again for choosing to stay with us.
