My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay at this property. I actually believe that this could be promoted even more online as I was pleasantly surprised with the amenities, the location and the unit. 33rd floor over looking the river walk really nice. Took us about to get used to the train going by but by the second day I barely noticed.

Overall, this is a lovely one-bedroom apartment in the heart of the Riverwalk/Las Olas Blvd area with plenty to walk to right outside the door. It has a jaw-dropping view of the surrounding neighborhoods, airport, and distant Miami skyline that really was impressive (especially at night!). Additionally, it was easy to get to and from the airport (about a 10 minute taxi/Uber and they had no trouble finding it). Roberto is very nice and responsive. Why we didn't give it a 5/5: 1.) Checkin information provided in the VRBO email was incorrect (but later corrected by Roberto) 2.) There is a very loud train that goes by the building day and night that can wake you up if you are a light sleeper (Roberto has a sound machine in the bedroom to help with this) 3.) The apartment was pretty clean but the floors could've been cleaner and there was dishes in the dishwasher and dried linens in the dryer when we arrived. Overall though, we had a great stay. We thought the price we paid was spot-on. Thank you Roberto!

Most people describe it as the heart of our city, and that’s for good reason: you can stroll along tree‑shaded sidewalks, enjoy fresh seafood, sip craft coffee under umbrellas, and always stumble on a new mural or live music stringing through the air.

From here, you’re just about a 2‑mile walk to the beach. The path winds past tropical gardens and quiet side streets, so it never feels like a workout — more like a peaceful seaside promenade. Once you arrive, the horizons open up, the salt air greets you, and the shoreline stretches invitingly for sun-soaked fun or sunset watching.

What I love most is how you can go from morning coffee on Las Olas to evening cocktails by the ocean — all on foot, all without missing a beat. The balance of relaxed coastal living and lively neighborhood energy is why I love being here.
