We provided beautiful linens, provide plenty of clean towels, liquid soap, dish detergent.

Our neighborhood constitutes a unique blend of residential and commercial homes. You can walk to the farmer's market, Iwine shop and restaurants. Many of our favorite shopping stores are within 5-10 min to drive.

Monthly rental welcome, make note monthly booking with us be cheaper than a hotel stays, please inquire. We are required minimum stay 5 days.
Damage protection is available and optional through VRBO for your protection. It covers any accidental damage that might occur such as broken lamps, furniture, windows, damage to bedding, lost keys etc. We now require a $250.00 deposit at booking for potential damages. If there are no damages VRBO automatically refunds this amount back to you after 7 days.
This is a non-smoking unit, no pets are allowed, and a minimum age of 30 policy. No parties or venue events are allowed.
