The Space

Please note Broadway Escape is a multi-level home with several flights of stairs including access to bedrooms and the rooftop patio. This layout creates separation between sleeping areas, entertainment spaces & the rooftop retreat, giving groups room to spread out.

Sleeps up to 15 guests comfortably using 2 convertible sofas (sleeps 13 in beds).

PARKING: The garage space was converted to an elite entertainment area so there is parking for two cars behind the unit and then ample free street parking in front of the building, down the street and on the one side of the driveway entrance.

Guests have access to the full home, roof top patio, wet bar, front porch, game room/garage with private hot tub, full gym. poker table, karaoke and all entertainment amenities.

• No smoking inside the home/ garage – rooftop & outdoor areas only please dispose of cigarettes in a safe manner (eg. a bottle/can half filled with water and capped)
• No unauthorized parties or events – pre-booked group celebrations welcome!
• No pets allowed aside from service dogs as defined by the ADA.
• Respect the neighbors – quiet hours from 11 PM–8 AM
• Maximum guests: 15 (registered on reservation)
• Report any damage or maintenance issues promptly
• Treat our home like your own – enjoy and have fun responsibly!

Items left behind will be held for up to 14 days. Guests are responsible for shipping and handling costs. We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items.
