Gran moderno y de nueva construcción, apartamento de 3 dormitorios en el centro de Heraklion totalmente equipado y adecuado para familias o compañía de amigos o parejas. El apartamento está a poca distancia de todos los principales lugares de la ciudad.
Impresionante apartamento de 120 metros cuadrados con WIFI en el corazón de Heraklion de nueva construcción con 3 dormitorios y 2 baños. El apartamento está totalmente equipado y puede acomodar a 6 personas (más si duermen en la sala de estar). Todo el apartamento está rodeado de amplios balcones incluyendo los dormitorios. Todas las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado y todo el apartamento tiene calefacción central.
Todas las 3 habitaciones están totalmente equipadas con grandes armarios y espacio. Un dormitorio se puede utilizar como habitación de los niños con juguetes y una cama adecuada para un niño de hasta 5 años (también se puede transformar en un dormitorio de 2 camas).
En la sala de estar se puede encontrar un cine en casa y una oficina con un ordenador personal con internet y varias películas para disfrutar.

Beautiful apartment greatly situated!

We had a short but amazing stay at the apartment. The communication with the owners was super efficient. The apartment is big and fully equiped. The balconies are very nice. Walking distance to Agiou Titou Place with restaurants and shops, and to Heraklion Fortress. Great café just downstairs. We highly recommend!

Excellent Accommodations

Apartment’s location to port and old town is excellent. Beds were comfy, kitchen had excellent choice/assortment of dishes, glasses, cooking tools, baking dishes and pots.Tons of restaurants nearby as is a small grocery store. Host is very responsive. We parked our car in port parking lot (5 min walk) for 3 a day. Excellent choice for staying in and the exploring area.

Center of the old city

We only stayed a couple nights at this location--it was clean and perfect for what we wanted. Located right in the heart of the old city, it was close to the attractions we wanted to see, close the the airport and surrounded by great restaurants.Our host gave great suggestions re: where to park, where to eat and what to do while in town. Due to city water restrictions, he paid for a water truck to deliver water to the building to ensure that we would have an adequate supply throughout our visit--so appreciated!Many thanks again for making our stay a memorable one!

Heraklion stay

Unfortunately, we only stayed in Heraklion for one night. The apartment, though, was wonderful! It was very clean, comfortable, and conveniently located — walking distance to all the sites; walking distance to busses, the ferry terminal. Alexandros was an excellent host — very helpful and accommodating!

Two weeks in Heraclion

To start with practicalities - this apartment is on the edge of the pedestrian zone of the old city. Which makes it ideal for exploring and everything is within walking distance. Walking around the old city is one of the best activities. Also useful for taxi pickup/dropoff. The apartment is spacious and we found the wraparound balcony to be one of the best features. I do not think it is possible to find less than excellent food whether at highly reviewed restaurants or from small grocery stores for having when eating in. Alex, the host, was invariably kind and generous with his time for recommendations or information both before and during our stay. Catherine

Nice spacious apartment in central location

Booked for me and my partner as well as my parents who are in their 80s. The layout meant that we could be in one side of the apartment with our own bathroom and my parents at the other with theirs, so we weren't in each others pockets. Alex was a great host, helpful and available without being overbearing. He even helped break the padlock on my mum's case when we arrived as she had forgotten the key, thanks again Alex! The apartment was large, clean, well maintained and had all the necessary amenities. It was cleaned, with new towels and bedding part way through our 13 night stay. With my parents not being overly mobile, having a lift was imperative and made the apartment accessible for them, something which doesn't get mentioned enough. The only slight difficulty was the one step to get to the main door from the street, but although possibly not one for wheelchairs, people with modest mobility issues will manage perfectly. Location wise, you can be pretty much anywhere within 5 or 10 minutes walk, although there's plenty of bars, restaurants, museums etc and a supermarket just around the corner (the cafe directly under the apartments is very good too). The bus station is about 10 minutes walk and there are taxi ranks about 5 minutes walk away. We found the apartment to be a great base to explore the area and will certainly be back on our next trip to Heraklion.

Appartement lumineux et confortable très bien situé dans le centre ville d'Héraklion, ce qui permet de découvrir la ville et ses principaux lieux culturels à pied. Un parking payant en bord de mer permet de garer la voiture à proximité. Ce serait IMPORTANT d'afficher le numéro de l'entrée de l'immeuble (13) pour faciliter l'arrivée car le téléphone ne fonctionne pas toujours bien et l'écriture grecque n'est pas évidente à déchiffrer au premier abord.

Spacious apartment, great location

Spacious apartment convenient to pedestrian walkway, port, fort and many other sites. Plenty of room for our family of 4. Alex greeted us at the door when we arrived and gave us several suggestions for local sites and restaurants. There is no onsite parking but there is a paid parking garage within walking distance. We did have a few issues while we were there. The a/c was not working in one of the bedrooms. Alex was quick to respond to our text and attempted to have it fixed but ultimately we did not have a/c in that bedroom for our visit. We also had an issue with water backing up from the drain when we did a load of laundry. Not sure what the cause was but it was a bit of a mess to clean up! Other than these minor issues, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this apartment!

HomeAway è il numero uno dei siti per case vacanza.Bravissimi. We stayed in this apartment in the center of Heraklion from August 3rd to August 12th. Everything was responding to the announcement. The stay in Heraklion was amazing. Alexandros apartment is really nice, modern, very well furnished and right in the city center. Alexandros, the owner is a very kind and extremely available person. He always satisfied our requests and gave us excellent tips for the holiday. The apartment is equipped with all comforts, the kitchen is beautiful and equipped with all kinds of furnishings.Bravo and thanks to Alexandros.

Outstanding!

First, Alex is the most hospitable and helpful of hosts. His greeting us with friendship and valuable info re: the Apt. and the local scene was outstanding. Then: We loved Crete. The warmth and kindness of the Cretins was amazing. Use the local Hop and Ride to get your bearings and then the opportunities to see and learn are countless. The food is sensational. With Alex's help we arranged a car and took a day trip to Aki Nilolai. I highly recommend it. All in all a rental that exceeded it's advertising.

The unique location of the apartment provides a peaceful but colorful street with several taverns just moments away.
All the major sites of the city are just within walking distance away from the apartment. The beautiful old port of Heraklion the archeological and historical museum, the four lions fountain (Morosini) are all within your grasp.
Restaurants and take away food are a stone's throw away and guests have a large variety to choose from.
Also, for the those that want to party, all the bar and clubs are close to the apartment and you can have a variety to chose from.

Distance from the airport to the apartment is about 5 minutes with car and so is the port. Guests can find 3 parking facilities located within 1 minute walk from the apartment and can rent a space for their car (which I can help you organize) with an easy access to the major exits for the highway.
All major resorts and beaches are about 20 minutes from the location of the apartment. Also the famous archeological "Knossos Palace" is about 15 minutes away.
