With 4 bedrooms; 1 Master king suite including a master bath with tub and separate shower, 1 king bedroom with full bath, a king bedroom and 1 bunk room with 4 twin beds adjacent to full bathroom with tub. All bedrooms are upstairs and all bathrooms include hair dryers. There is a large living room with plenty of seating adjacent to a large dining table that will seat 8 people comfortably. In addition, there is a half bath downstairs for added convenience. This home offers plenty of space for guests to relax. It also has a large gourmet kitchen with 4 bar stools and an adjacent sitting area with 4 comfortable swivel chairs. This house also has a 6 person golf cart, 8 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas, 4 adult bicycles, and a large back yard with a grill, porch swing and picnic table. As a part of NatureWalk at Seagrove, there is a community pool, children’s play area and pickleball courts. We hope you enjoy our beautiful home in Santa Rosa only 1 1/2 miles from the beach.

Why they chose this property

NaturesWalk is a fairly new development in Santa Rosa, Florida. It’s beautifully landscaped from the entrance throughout the entire neighborhood! This area has plenty of walking trails, ponds and a large community center with 2 pools a hot tub and a fire pit!

What makes this property unique

One of the nicest things about our home is the amount of living space on the first floor! All the bedrooms are located upstairs which leaves the entire first floor as a gathering and living space! In addition, our home has 2 upstairs balcony’s and 2 downstairs porches with a large backyard that backs up to a nature preserve forest!!
