Wonderful property. Great location. Can walk to camp watercolor and Publix is a short walk or ride a way. The house itself was gorgeous and spacious. Plenty big enough for two families.

We loved our stay in this home! It was in a great location within Watercolor and super close to Publix. The home was well equipped and beds were comfortable. Lots of porch space to lounge and also a nice back area where we saw deer.

The property was fantastic for our group of mixed ages! The location to the camp pool was great. Ashley is an amazing host and responded quickly if we had questions. We would definitely stay here again!

This house is a great location. Very close to Camp Watercolor and Publix. A quiet cul de sac. A nice grassy area in front for kids to play. Beautiful home inside and so nice that each bedroom had its own bathroom. We loved the living area and kitchen space. Perfect for gathering with your family!A few disappointing points for us. We showed up at check-in and cleaners were still there. During our stay we found there was food on the furniture, floor and caked in a frying pan. This is the first house in Watercolor that we stayed in which wasn’t clean. This was especially disappointing as the house requires damage deposit and insurance but then it is not ready with the same standard of care expected of guests. The kitchen was not as equipped for cooking and storing food as any other home we rented in the area.

Such an amazing home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property had the perfect amount of space for our family to stay with two king bed masters, one queen guest room & 4 bunk bed room. It was a 4 min walk to Camp Water Color & a short drive to the beach. We will definitely stay again, thank you!
