Unwind in Nacogdoches at the Garden City Cottage. The Cottage is a new short term rental property, and it has been refurbished with new paint and flooring throughout, giving it a clean and cherry feel.

The Cottage features a spacious and fully stocked kitchen and open floor plan with ample space for sharing a meal and hanging-out in the living room. Find retreat in the 3 beautifully decorated bedrooms and 2 spa-styled bathrooms. The back deck is perfect for getting fresh air and enjoying a meal.

Kitchen: Spacious and fully stocked, oven, refrigerator, dish washer, microwave, and small appliances.

Living Room: Full-sized couch with seating for up to 6 adults, large TV, games, and books.

Pink Bedroom: Queen bed, TV, phone charger, sound machine, fans, curtains with blinds, cottage garden decor.

Blue Bedroom: Queen bed, TV, phone charger, sound machine, fans, curtains with blinds, seating space, Americana decor.

Master Bedroom and Suite: King bed, TV, phone charger, sound machine, fans, curtains with blinds, soft neutral decor.

Master Bath: An extension of the master bathroom, shower/tub combo, essential toiletries, spa decor

Hall Bath: Shower/tub combo, essential toiletries, spa decor

Back Patio: X-large back patio, dinning table and chairs, benches for lounging and entertaining. A grill is available on request. We do not keep the grill on the property for safety purposes. Please message the host with a request for the grill, and it will be delivered.

The Garden City Cottage is in a great location -- walking distance to Stephen F. Austin State University and a short drive, or bike ride, to tourist attractions throughout the city and the East Texas region. We are just minutes from the medical districts and hospitals and major employers. Further, easy access to U.S. 59/69 makes the Garden City Cottage a great choice for guests who will travel to other East Texas cities, like Lufkin, Henderson, Tyler, Jacksonville, and Center, during their stay.
