Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights
Please do not strip the beds; simply leave them as they are. Gather all used towels and place them in a pile in the bathrooms.
Clean ALL dirty dishes and load in dishwasher, please run it before leaving. Please take ALL trash to the bins outside near the fence. Please remember to pick up and dispose of any trash.
Make sure to turn off all stoves, ovens, and grills. Dispose of any unopened food or items need to be thrown away.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The max number is 10 guest, If greater a change request will be submitted for add’l guest fee, and the reservation may be subject to cancellation.

Beautiful home with a beautiful backyard living space. Host was able to accommodate my family and I’s guest list. The game room had lots of entertainment for kids if kids are staying. The pool and hot tub were the highlight as well as the huge living room.Everything was easily accessible and easy to use.
