Beachwalk Villa 1

Relax in paradise at our Beachwalk Villas. The two-story home offers 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms with a pool. Located just 1/4 mile to Vanderbilt Beach where you can soak in the sunshine. Mercato shoppes is also only 1/4 mile away with boutique shops and some of the best restaurants in Naples! There are plenty of golf courses nearby or maybe you`d prefer to explore downtown Naples which just a short 15 minute drive.

4 units all next to each other so we can accommodate large groups!

This villa features the master suite with a King bed and luxurious ensuite. Upstairs, bedroom 2 has a Queen bed and smaller ensuite. Bedroom 3 has a Queen bed and ensuite. Bedroom 4 has two Double beds and ensuite.

Downstairs you will find a pool table, a 75 inch tv, and large kitchen island. Outside there is a grill and plunge pool to enjoy sunny southwest Florida! On those gloomy rainy days you can play one of the many board games!

In the spacious two car garage there are bikes, corn hole, beach chairs, and a beach cart. The driveway offers 2-3 more parking spots as well.
