Excellent experience all the way through but bathroom shower/tub was not very clean with a drainage tube constantly dripping into the tub.

Nice location. Comfortable bed. Nice TV's with lots of apps. Dirty and unmowed back patio and small yard. Renters NEED to be told to download the LATCH app. I had a lot of trouble twice unlocking the door until someone told me about the LATCH app.
