Our fully-furnished apartments feature full kitchens, fast WiFi, and in-unit laundry. With a business center, pet park, fitness center, scenic trails, and more, you'll have everything you need to settle in and feel at home, whether you're staying for a few days, a week, or longer.
All guests will need to pass CLEAR identity verification and a background check, we'll look for no evictions, collections, or criminal records.
For stays of 30+ nights, Landing also requires SSN - a soft credit check will be performed only on the primary guest. We look for a 550 credit score.
