The inside property was homie and comfortable and exactly what I was looking for as a first time snowbird. It was very close to the pool and clubhouse and a perfect morning walk from Walmart. The only downfall to the property is the golf course. While the views are beautiful, it leaves little privacy for the tenants during the day. It makes it impossible to sit on the outside deck for fear of being hit by a ball. The golf balls frequently come over the homes and hit vehicles in the driveways. The neighbor has had his windshield broken by a golf ball so parks in his driveway with a crib mattress on his windshield. The windshield replacement company was seen 3 or 4 times on the street while I was there and many cars in the neighborhood had dents from golf balls. For this reason I did not park in the driveway but rather on the street everyday. The street is crowded with parked cars, most likely for this reason, making it difficult to maneuver down.
