Lovely small villa for a small family! They property owners have thought of everything that you could want or need, right down to a crib ( not just a pack and play ) for your babies! They have night lights in every room and a smart TV so you can stream your shows while away from home!

We had a great 4 night stay at this property! Graciela was very communicative and friendly. Clean rooms as well. Minutes away from Walmart Super Centre as well, which was great. Our only hiccup was the pool not being heated, we were not aware it was an extra charge to have it heated.If we were aware before we arrived, we would have arranged to have it heated. It would be great if this was communicated in the house add prior to arriving.Overall a great stay, we would come again!

Graciela was helpful and responded promptly. Pool area was not clean and parking was tight. Beds were comfortable and location for us was good for The Spring Games. But driving anywhere took 45-50 minutes one way. Nothing glamorous but efficient.

Parking was good. I liked the idea of using the last 4 digits of your cell phone number to access the property.The kitchen could have used foil, plastic bags, more trash bags.The bathrooms were not stocked with toilet paper.

We had a fantastic stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family. The pool was a huge hit with the kids, and we loved having space to relax and unwind. Great location and an easy, stress-free experience thanks to a great host. I had one minor issue and the host took care of the issue pretty qucikly. We’d definitely come back!

This property was absolutely beautiful,they had everything there that you needed.Very clean and up to date .The only issue we had was the patio door didn’t lock even though it was in a gated community.

Wonderful Stay

The property was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The floors and the living room furniture are beautiful. Easy access to Legoland and Peppa Pig parks. Not too far from Disney. However, the traffic was terrible. We loved having the private pool. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Great place and location for us! Only complaint was the sliding glass door leading from the living room to the pool area was incredibly hard to open, close, lock & unlock.

Family Vacation

Our family enjoyed pur time at this home. The host was very helpful and answered any message or call quickly. We had a piwer outage and the digiral lick wa not working. The host wuickly andwered ozr call and reprogrammed the lick for us quickly. We would definitely recommend this home. Our family will definitely teturn.

Fantastic Property and Service

Had a great 10 day vacation at Southern Dunes. Amazing service and communication from host, nothing is too much trouble and any issues resolved quickly. The house is clean, spacious and comfy. Really comfy beds and lots of bits and bobs in garage for everything you need. House is well stocked and kitchen has everything you need if you choose to cook from pizza to a full roast dinner! All of Southern Dunes is well kept and it's a great place to travel off to Disney and the parks and also you can be at the coast in an hour. Thanks for a great stay Graciela. Having stayed in Florida many times this place is amazing value for a lovely holiday home. All info is provided for check in and out and Graciela answers all queries really quickly. Highly recommend.

The host of this property was outstanding and always responded to any questions or concerns we had. The area was very nice in a quiet community. This house is situated up against hole 4 of the Southern Dunes golf course which was beautiful. Everything was as described by the host. We stayed for a month and had no issues. Well done by host with no unwanted surprises. We will be staying here again!
