The house was perfect for our stay in Haines City. It was clean, pool area was great and kitchen had all of the utensils we needed. We were in town to visit my mom at a local rehab center and were able to prepare and take her some of her favorite meals.

We stayed as a family at this place. The inbuilt private pools has an advantage. Good place and location to nearby attraction. The house is as barebones as it can get. If you are travelling here, be mindful that they don’t have any coffee, sugar, napkins roll, provide soap won’t last for 2 days, unlike other cation rental places. So if u are travelling with family. Be prepared to bring all those.Overall it’s ok for the price.

Thank you for your review. We are glad that you enjoyed your stay. Because Wal-Mart is at walking distance for safety and hycienic reasons we do not have the items mentioned in the review in our villa. You can ask for a welcome package at a certain cost but again Wal-Mart is really nearby.

The property was well placed to give you a feeling of comfort and distance from the busy side of Orlando but also locality to all the parks that felt like you weren’t journeying for hours everyday to travel
