The house was clean. The beds were a little uncomfortable for my taste, but my husband liked them so it’s just a preference. Loved having the park and the pool within walking distance. The house was far from the hustle of city life which was great! Thank you for allowing us to use your home.

Great place to stay

Overall, this was a great place to stay. It was very clean and inviting. The only issue was that it was a little bit far from some of the things we wanted to do and the beds were a little bit uncomfortable. However, my family and I had a great time staying there.

Quick getaway

My son and I were scheduled to stay in Tampa right after Hurricane Milton. The property was damaged so we had to make a quick change. This place was the perfect fit for what we needed! Host was very accommodating and easy to work with! Easy access to the property. Accommodations were great. Three nice size bedrooms. Property is right by the pool. It is a drive to restaurants and big box stores but we were there to fish and relax. Plenty of lakes near this property.

Nice Place to Stay

This place was exactly what I desired for my family trip to Legoland. The place had a hot tub and multiple pools. The villa was nice, 3 bedrooms, kitchen, fridge, microwave dining room. Pretty much as described. It is in a gated community so the gate is a little of a hassle, but not terrible. It is a drive to either Disney or Legoland, but we did not mind the drive for the value we got. Would stay again.

1 Week "Staycation" with family

We enjoyed our stay at this VBRO. Our grandsons enjoyed lots of basketball and our daughter enjoyed the heated swimming pools. The main drawback was that it is located quite a distance from any main attractions, the Gulf, or the Ocean. Travel in Florida is very congested making it more time consuming than what we are used to living in a rural community. However, we would definitely return!

Perfect location for Legoland and Disney

I love this quiet neighborhood for our Legoland vacations. This property offered everything we needed for the 6 days we spent there. The only recommendation for the owner is a much needed deep carpet cleaning throughout the house and new towels in all bathrooms. The communication with owner is very pleasant and efficient. If the above mentioned are fixed, I would gladly return to this location

Great vacation house

House is equipped with everything your family needs for vacations. Pool is right behind the house, water was nice and hot. Host responded quickly when I texted her and was super nice. Will 100% recommend this house and would stay here again!!

Florida Vacation!

My family and I enjoyed our stay during our vacation. The communication with the owner as well as the property manager was very good and if i had questions they were answered promptly. The property was a bit far away from the main attractions but it was nice to get get back to peace and quiet at the end of the day. We had a great time and look forward to going back!

Bizarre Experience, limited amenities, too many 3rd party visits.

I am rating our stay at this location overall a 2 out of 5 stars. I will preface this review with that the overall property was decent and the owner was very responsive with concerns we had during our stay. However, our entire experience with this listing was less than satisfying for a multitude of reasons. 1. Listing states there is TV/wifi at the location. -we were notified 30 minutes prior to checking in after driving for 8 hours that the previous guests reported none of the TVs were functioning. 2. The wifi was reported to be working in the absence of the TVs. -we were also shocked to realize that the wifi had not only not functioned but was not even connected and seemed to be missing equipment 3. Multiple 3rd parties inside the location -after reporting the TVs we’re broken we were told the property manager would have them replaced -management replaced the TVs but altered the condo during her visit by cranking up the A/C to 78 and opened all the curtains causing the entire condo to be hot and relieving us of any privacy 4. No resolution to the wifi -we were asked to be located at the condo by the owner and Spectrum during our vacation so that the internet issue would be resolved -after stating I am on vacation I asked the management to have someone let the Spectrum representative in so they could attempt to resolve the internet issue, was told this could be arranged -not only did the management send someone to the condo he (the maintenance employee) and his wife (not an employee) let themselves in and made themselves comfortable on the couches and once again opened all the curtains causing the condo to heat up, when I asked the couple why they were inside before the Spectrum team arrived they stated that they were hot sitting in the truck waiting for their arrival 5. Limited resources at the condo, for a week stay -Upon arrival, my family and I quickly realized that there was a single roll of toilet paper in both bathrooms and a single trash bag was provided for a week stay at this condo, not a critical issue but it is an inconvenience to have to purchase extra supplies 6. Beds were in terrible condition and wildly outdated -master bedroom mattress was equivalent to sleeping in a rock hammock and caused myself and wife to have back pains everyday -Pull out couch bed frame was damaged and slanted downward, wildly uncomfortable -twin bed frames felt like they were going to fall apart
