- Please follow checkout instructions.
- Absolutely no smoking, vaping, or drug use is allowed anywhere on the property. Smoke does damage property and require additional cleaning.
- If home is left excessively dirty there will be a fee of $75.
- Absolutely no parties or events are allowed.
- Please report any broken items or damages immediately.
- Please respect neighbors and maintain a minimal noise level between 10 PM - 8 AM.
- No pets allowed.
- No parking on the grass.
- No open flames or fireworks.
- Unreturned and/or lost keys will be charged a $50 replacement fee
- Please provide an accurate count so we can accommodate your needs in regards to pillows and extra towels.
- The home can accommodate 10 guests, any number of people exceeding this number will be vacated for trespassing.
- Early check-in fee applicable.
- If you are more than 30 minutes past checkout you will be charged $75 late checkout fee. If you continue to hold possession of our property you will be charged an additional day. This will not award you possession for the additional day, it is just a penalty for holding possession beyond your check-out as this will potentially affect future guests and cleaning staff schedule.
- Any person that violates any portion of the house rules will be grounds for immediate termination of the reservation without a refund.
