Upscale all new everything apartment! This unit has been completely remodeled and updated and now is a professional, comfortable, cozy, spacious place to live and enjoy. Completely new kitchen with soft close cabinet drawers, in cabinet trash-cans and granite counter tops. All new appliances with a full sized French door refrigerator with filtered water and ice-maker. All new glass-stove top and dishwasher. All new full size washer and dryer in the closet.

This Unit #4 is on the 2nd floor.

This generously sized one-bedroom unit features a king-sized bed in the bedroom, along with a queen-sized pull-out couch for overnight guests. While it's not intended for long-term stays, it's perfect for visitors.

- 2 - Bikes for local riding and enjoyment off the area
- King Size Bed, 14" pillow top mattress with 4 Storage Drawers below
- Blackout blinds in bedroom
- Sectional Sofa Chase with Pull-Out Bed and Storage Space
