Love Fantasy World

Very convenient for restaurants and shops within walking distance. The water park with the lazy river is fantastic!!! Lots of things to do. Very quiet neighborhood. This our 2 nd stay. The water park is why we came back!!

Good, but not great

The location and the amenities were exactly as presented and we use them and we’re very pleased! However, there was one house rule, to remove your shoes upon arrival… I would have expected cleaner floors and carpet in better condition with that house rule. The townhouse was OK, not sure about the most recent upgrade… But acceptable.

Needs some updating

Property has potential but some things need some updating. Bed in master bedroom is either broken or mattress is bad, you feel like you are slanted down so the only way it was comfortable was if you slept with feet toward headboard. The sofa was small and uncomfortable and not enough comfortable seating. Dining table was nice. The toaster is broken and needs to be replaced but does have nice dishes to use.

The stay was great. But they need t replace the bed in the master bedroom is not comfort. The need to replace the floor and the carpet need to be replace.

Simply amazing

We had a fantastic stay at this property in Orlando! The location was perfect—just a short drive from all the major theme parks and attractions, yet tucked away enough to offer a peaceful retreat after a long day of exploring. The place itself was impeccably clean, with every detail thoughtfully attended to, from fresh linens to spotless floors.Communication with the owner was seamless; they were incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. They even provided helpful tips about the local area, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Overall, this property offered great value for the price, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay in Orlando.

Good overall

The unit was extremely clean but the mattress and bed frames in 2nd bedroom need to be replaced. The bedframes in the room with 2 queen beds tend to lean away from the wall when you lay in it. Overall the unit was quite nicely decirated and had dverything you would need for a stay. Maybe, upgrade coffee pot to 8 cup instead of the four.

Ok for the price

Initial contact with host was difficult and complicated by computer errors - links to reach host not operational etc. Listing picture was not the unit we got. Front door was jiggly, flooring was cracked & carpet was visibly dirty. Bathroom hardware falling off the wall. We could barely get the sliding door to the porch open. When it rained, water leaked under the door into the living room. Mattresses not comfortable. Everything just screams "OLD." Refrigerator had loud hum. The resort pool was nice. This unit, definitely NOT breathtaking, but then you get what you pay for.

Great stay , fantastic location

Overall this property is great. Our host Mark was quick to respond to any questions we had , the check in process was easy and everything in the home met our expectations. Proximity to All theme parks is less than 15 min drive and the surrounding neighborhood has alk the amenities, restaurants and grocery stores you could every want within walking distance, or a short drive . The facility itself is spectacular with a wide range of things to do for children, adults and anyone looking to have a good time. The pools are clean , the lazy river is great and the water slides are as fast as they come! We will plan another trip to Florida , and when we do we’ll be staying here again . Thanks

Overall a decent stay

We had a great time here. It was close to the parks and the pool/waterslides were great for our kids. The unit was overall a decent place. There was an issue with the AC not working right while we were there but the property manager/owner worked with us and had a technician come to check it out. The unit was nicely decorated. The king bed we slept in was really comfortable. Although we didnt use it, the screened in porch was a nice option to have. There are no shoes allowed which I respect as we dont like people wearing shoes in our house either, but I think the rugs and floors could use a good wash. The bottoms of our feet were very dirty after walking throughout the house. We would stay again as long as we were able to confirm the AC was all set and working properly. Thank you for an overall great stay!
