Condo éblouissant récemment rénové avec des équipements superbes, une foule d'équipements et d'activités sur place, à seulement 4 miles de Disney et 12 miles à Universal. Cette unité a été entièrement rénovée à partir de novembre 2017 avec de nouveaux meubles, téléviseurs et draps. La plus belle unité de Fantasy World aux prix les plus abordables. Cette magnifique maison de ville de Kissimmee est située dans une belle station fermée. Vous profiterez de la piscine, du golf, du tennis, du ping-pong, du batting Cage, etc. Jamais une journée lente ici!

Great location for our family. Amenities were awesome, pool, gym etc.., And close enough to all the parks. Beds and living areas were comfy enough for our family of 4. We would stay again for sure.

Great location

The ability to walk to the pool, restaurants, and the location to pick up necessities was perfect. The listing is as described and we will definitely stay here again when we are in the area. The pool kept our kids busy all day- nice to have the lazy River and water slides. Very quiet location we were able to sleep in without being woken up by outside noice.

Great pools and kids activities!

The small waterpark (pools, splash pad area, lazy river and water slide) were a HUGE hit! Also activities in the main clubhouse were good. The two bedroom townhouse was very clean. It was a bit smaller than the pictures suggested. It is not new. But good for us and we would rest again!

We have stay with this host before and have always had a great stay. The light in the downstairs bathroom hardly worked but it didn’t bother us, we still had a great stay. Will stay again!

The property was fantastic! I’d highly recommend this place. It was only a 20 min with traffic to Universal Studios. Tons of restaurant and shopping options around. The amenities at the resort are great. Huge bonus that the pool stays open until 11pm. We really enjoyed our stay!

Terrific!

We had a terrific stay! The property was very comfortable and very clean! We enjoyed the location of the unit, we sat on the back porch and enjoyed the scenery and atmosphere. Our whole family loved the pool and pool activities! Definitely worth the stay and definite return!

NICE CONDO / GREAT LOCATION

Super clean and cozy condo. Two big bedrooms with comfortable beds. Water park is right out the back door. Stores and restaurants nearby. Close to Disney. Loved our stay. Highly recommended.

Perfect getaway

Great host, great property, great resort! Host communicated with us the entire stay and the property had everything we needed. Both the property and resort were very clean. Nice that resort was right across the street. Disney and sea world only 20 minutes away. Handful of restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely book with this owner again!

A Home with a Water park

This is the perfect place to stay while in Orlando. A nice 2 -story condo with screen-in patio and a water park! The water park and pools are open until 11:00 pm which is very nice! There are also 3 Jacuzzis/Hot Tubs, giant outdoor fireplace, mini golf, nice size lazy river, tennis and a batting cage! Had a great time ! Thanks!!

Great Location

We were in Orlando for Disney World and this was a good place to stay for that. The pool, on days we didn’t go to the parks, was a huge hit with the kids. We loved the lazy river and the water slides. The property itself, could use some updates which we already communicated with the property owner about. Overall it worked for our vacation and we had a wonderful time in Orlando.

Clean and Convenient Stay!

I have never had such attentive hosts with any property I have stayed at. Prior to arrival, during my stay and upon check out, all needs were attended to. This property is an exceptional value with a great location, amenities and price. The property was very clean and well kept. The basics needed for your stay were provided. Some reviews criticized the beds as being uncomfortable. Nothing could be further from the truth. The bedding was clean and high quality. The beds are soft, which some may not prefer, but are definitely not old or broken down. The resort was very nice with a great pool area, bar and arcade for the kids. The entire resort property was well kept and secured with on site security. This is the perfect place for a family to enjoy the Orlando area. We will definitely return in the future!

Loved the townhome!

This is our second time staying at Fantasy World Resort but our first time in this home. We got to the home a little early. We wanted to see if we could drop our things off and go straight to the grocery store. We were able to access the home and could tell the cleaners had just been there as the tile was still damp from being mopped. Everything in the home was as depicted online. My husband loves to watch while we are on holiday. When we got there and settled in the first night he could not get the tv to work. He called the property manager and he showed up within an hour with a brand new tv. He set it up and showed my husband how to use it. This made for a very happy hubby! I had 2 complaints which are both minor to be honest. When using the dryer the first time, it was loaded with a ton of lint before I put clothes in. I would think this was from quite a few days of use or more. I knew where the lint trap was on this machine but I am not sure others would. It seems a bit hidden. Suggest a note about this for other people. Could also use a vacuum out periodically. Less electricity would be used if kept properly cleaned. My second minor complain is the placement of the dishes in the cupboards. I am short and could not reach the dishes in the cupboard above the dishwasher since it was placed at an awkward angle. I would use that cupboard for less used items. I wanted to move them myself but I did not want to upset the balance. We loved the home and would recommend to others!

Not for Us

Pros: This condo is in close proximity to Disney World parks. It's an inexpensive option for large families. I think we were the only people on the street using a unit. (also a little eery). The furniture seems new. Cons: In general the condo just felt run down and dirty (even though the condo was clean). Upon entering we were overwhelmed by strong cleaner smells and the floors had so much product on them that they were actually sticky under our feet. Instead of that "I'm on vacation" feeling, it felt like we were crashing at grandpa's house. The bathrooms are old, don't have fans in them, and the shower head was a foot below my husband's head. If you like really soft beds, the master bed may be okay for you. But it was too soft for us and it was impossible for me to sleep well in it. In my opinion, the unit needs new carpet, paint and bathrooms. My family ended up booking a room at a Hilton after our first night. I'm afraid it just wasn't what we were looking for. Normally I wouldn't complain since it was inexpensive, but I booked this condo based on many 5 star reviews from others. So I thought I'd add my experience in case it benefits someone else. This may be the perfect place for your vacation, it just wasn't for us.

I took my 3 kids to Disney for the first time. It is important to our family that the kids have room to roam and relax. This was a perfect spot for just that that also was affordable. The town home is updated and has everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The host was a great communicator. We were close to all the parks and restaurants too. The only downside is that the main pool was closed for annual maintenance which we didn’t know until we got there. Fortunately there is another pool onsite right next to our house. The kids enjoyed all the other activities onsite like tennis, batting cages, foos ball, and an arcade. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend this property for those that want to be close to parks but also want to enjoy some downtime.

The location was great, just walk a few steps and have a cicis pizza and an olive garden, ride 4 minutes in car and have a Walmart and a publix, inside the house have everything that you need to make your own food and the pools are so fun, the neighbourhood is so nice, the decorations at the house is new and very modern
