Cape Calm is fully equipped to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The home offers high speed internet and smart TV’s. Step outside to enjoy a heated pool overlooking an extra-wide saltwater canal, complete with a private dock and 2 fishing kayaks for you to enjoy the sunsets, or take a nap under the extra-large tiki. Within walking distance is Tarpon Point Marina. This marina offers many restaurant choices, and boutique shopping which is a great place to spend some time enjoying the atmosphere and looking at all the yachts. The Rose Garden neighborhood park is just a short walk away and has a walking trails and an exercise course. Just a short boat ride to the Gulf, CAPE CALM is a true waterfront paradise where sunshine and serenity meet.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Cover all outdoor furniture to protect it and keep it clean
Put garbage cans by the road
Put keys and garage door opener in top drawer to the left of the dishwasher
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rose Garden area is a quiet family area - thats what drew us here.
What makes this property unique
Cape Calm is located on one of the widest salt water canals in the area. We see dolphin and manatee on a regular basis. The fishing right off the dock is great - last winter we caught a 4’ shark right out back! It was awesome!
