From November-April when choosing heated pool, the pool and spa will be the same temperature. Spa is not capable of being set higher then 86 degrees when pool heat is on.

Pool maintenance, lawn care and exterior pest control services occur periodically, though specific days may vary.

Please note that service providers may access the exterior areas of the property during your stay without prior notice. These visits are brief and are part of maintaining a clean, safe, and enjoyable environment for all guests.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the trash
Lock the doors
Start a load of towels washing.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Absolutely no parties. No smoking on the property. Please do not leave doors open with air conditioners running.
Trash goes out Sunday evening for early morning pick up Monday. If you miss trash day there is an additional fee of $100.
Pool heat is available for an additional $25 a day. $100 per week. Pets are only allowed with (additional fee) permission from the owner before hand.

Convenient location

The dock on the water is nice. Convenient to get to from RSW. Food and grocery options nearby. I wouldn’t recommend for a large family, 3-4 max. Pool was clean.

We let the property manager know about a light in one of the bedrooms not working at all and wires that were down in the driveway. No one came to look at the light so my sister had to spend the week in the room with no light and no one came about the wires down in the driveway. The hot tub also did not get hot all week. Other than those couple of things the place was nice and had a beautiful view.

Great place to stay!

This house is clean and the property management was very easy to communicate with. We loved the pool and dock. The house is on Lake Thunderbird which provided us a great opportunity to fish, kayak, and swim. We caught mangrove snapper and an amberjack. The view here is better than a house on a regular canal as you have more water to look at. The only downsides were that it was right on the main road so it was rather loud at times and there were a couple pocket sliding doors that didn’t open as close easily but would definitely recommend this place for a place to enjoy the pool, views, and water!

Beautiful backyard area

The house worked for our family for spring break. The backyard pool area was wonderful and the dock allowed us to rent a boat and dock it right at the property which was awesome. Please note that the hot tub is the same temperature as the pool so it’s not a “hot tub” with a separate temperature control. There is a lot of road noise because the house is right off of the main road. The house had some repairs that we disclosed to management, management seemed to be aware and we didn’t want our vacation interrupted so management said the repairs would be addressed after we checked out. We enjoyed our week in spite of the repair issues. This house is a premium price for the area and is close to restaurants and shopping via automobile.

The view

Everything was great for our stay. The view was everything to me! I wish i could have just stayed out on the dock the entire time. There are some light bulbs that need replaced but other than that, it was perfect for our family summer vacation! Not too far from fort myers beach with was perfect to get my beach/island fix.
