Plenitude Villas is pleased and proud to announce we have several rental properties for you to choose from in the exclusive and luxurious Lucaya Village Resort. Our townhouse, Villa Rios Camilo, is perfect for up to eight guests and this resort is one of the closest properties we have from Walt Disney World and only a fifteen-minute drive away. Universal Studios is just thirty minutes away and, should you choose this location, you’ll be minutes away from Lake Cecile and Lake Bryan as well as golf courses, shopping, some of the finest restaurants and all that Kissimmee, Florida has to offer!
The lavish and extravagant Lucaya Village Resort is a gated community with electronic locks and security as the safety of you and your guests is one of Plenitude Villas top priorities. You can put your mind at ease while you enjoy all the amenities that Lucaya Village has to offer, including a magnificent clubhouse and resort style pool and hot tub! The Clubhouse has a small bakery and café, basketball courts, a small area with access to computers and a playground and playroom for the kids. You are also close to a grocery store, able to arrange all your transportation needs and rental cars or purchase theme park tickets right there in the Clubhouse.
Villa Rios Camilo has three bedrooms and two bathrooms and is perfect to accommodate up to eight guests. While every bedroom has a flat-screen, high-definition television, the master bedroom with king-sized bed and private bathroom has the largest. The second floor has the two remaining bedrooms each with a different theme. There is a larger room with a king-sized bed and an additional room with two full beds.
The fully functioning and modernized gourmet kitchen has a stove, microwave, dishwasher and all the dishware, crockery, and cutlery you need to create meals for yourselves, if you want to take a break from the several restaurants in the area.
There are also has access to laundry facilities with both a washer and dryer as well as an iron and ironing board, hair dryer and towels.

Check in will be at four pm and check out is at ten am sharp.
Each bathroom will be provided some small toiletries including one free item of soap, toilet paper, garbage bag, dish detergent and roll of paper towel. There are supermarkets and grocery stores in the area for all your needs.

HOUSEKEEPING:
All of Plenitude Villas properties are thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company before you check in. If you’d like cleaning services during your stay, it can be requested for an additional fee. Clean sheets and towels will be provided for you upon your arrival.

FOOD:
Due to Florida’s laws, no open food can be left in our properties and will be discarded after your stay.

GARBAGE / TRASH DISPOSAL:
Please ensure your garbage is disposed of properly in the designated areas.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES:
There will be additional costs for providing repairs to damages, additional cleaning or any of the circumstances which are listed below:
• Check out after 10 am or “late check out” is considered an extra day charge. Please vacate the premises before 10 am.
• There is a five hundred ($500.00) dollar smoking fine if applicable.
• There is a pet fee of one hundred and fifty dollar ($150.00) if applicable.
• Excess garbage/trash fee is seventy-five dollars ($75.00)
• Air conditioning damage is one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) if applicable.
• Emergency plumbing for clogs is seventy-five dollars ($75.00)
• Parties can be subject to a one thousand ($1000.00) dollar penalty
• Extra guests can be subject to a one hundred ($100.00) dollar penalty per person.
To avoid additional charges, we ask that you leave our homes in the same conditions as when you arrive.
