Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Will request front & back copy of government ID prior to check in
Will Be Charged a fee if items are taken from residence
$50 early check in fee will be apply post guest obtaining auth from host
If you stay later than 11am check out time you will be charged a $50 late fee if not auth by host
If you break or damage anything on the property you will be charged for any cost incurred by the owner
