Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Will request front & back copy of government ID prior to check in Will Be Charged a fee if items are taken from residence $50 early check in fee will be apply post guest obtaining auth from host
If you stay later than 11am check out time you will be charged a $50 late fee if not auth by host If you break or damage anything on the property you will be charged for any cost incurred by the owner

Our stay ended on a bad note. Our kid aged 10 years sat on a stool and it immediately tilted to a side and broke a leg. The leg had nails in it that popped out but fortunately nothing happened to the kid. We tried to explain the situation to the host but she asked us to pay the entire price of the purchased the stool for. To add, The house had very poor lighting and we had to use flash on our phones during our stay. Unpleasant experience overall.

The host was very responsive and helpful. The house was exactly what we needed for a girls movie night. Everything was clean and lovely! Would definitely stay here again!
