We are a retired couple from Washington State who enjoys heading south for the winter to sunny palm desert sunshine and all the many hiking, dancing, biking, golfing activities, parks, zoo, arts and entertainment that this area offers.
Why they chose this property
This is a spacious smart home builld in 2023. Very quiet, peaceful, with a golf course view, beautiful backyard, dog friendly, active community with a beautiful clubhouse that provides many amenities and activities. We love the palm desert community as it has so many activities to offer in hiking, biking, golfing, live music and dancing, great parks, a zoo and amazing arts and entertainment. Most recognizable are Stage Coach, Coachella, PGA West and other golf tournaments, Polo club, Acrisure arena, Joshua Tree National Park, Multiple quality casinos, Palm Springs attractions and many concerts and live entertainment.
