Fantasy Springs Casino, Empire Polo Club (Stagecoach & Coachella festival grounds) and Acrisure Arena within 3-10 miles. 30 night minimum listing, but best to book 31 nights or more to avoid 14% local taxes on rentals , a big savings. The location of this property is perfect if you’re a golfer. Terra Lago Golf Course is a five minute drive and easy access to any other course in the Valley. The house was perfect for our five month stay. It had everything we needed. It felt like home. The owners were very quick to respond to any questions that we had about the property. Definitely will consider renting this property again for our Winter stay.

We are a retired couple from Washington State who enjoys heading south for the winter to sunny palm desert sunshine and all the many hiking, dancing, biking, golfing activities, parks, zoo, arts and entertainment that this area offers.

Why they chose this property

This is a spacious smart home builld in 2023. Very quiet, peaceful, with a golf course view, beautiful backyard, dog friendly, active community with a beautiful clubhouse that provides many amenities and activities. We love the palm desert community as it has so many activities to offer in hiking, biking, golfing, live music and dancing, great parks, a zoo and amazing arts and entertainment. Most recognizable are Stage Coach, Coachella, PGA West and other golf tournaments, Polo club, Acrisure arena, Joshua Tree National Park, Multiple quality casinos, Palm Springs attractions and many concerts and live entertainment.
