This is in a very blighted area. The house next door looks vacant and is boarded up. The house across the street is missing its siding. The supposed off-street parking is a mud pit. The house sits on a very busy intersection and the off street parking is down the street. There’s a reason they don’t show exterior pictures. Every local we talked to after the host refused any type of refund told us that we were better off because it was not a safe area. One said we literally and figuratively dodged a bullet.
