This was a lovely, historic building right near many things to do. We were able to walk to food and some activities and those we couldn't walk to were fairly quick drives. Overall, a great stay and this was a fantastic unit.

This place is good for the price. You can sleep, get cleaned up, cook a real meal, and do laundry very well. We were a little uneasy about the parking situation at first, but if all else fails, there is street parking not too far away. There are a few little things that could make this place an excellent vacation launch pad:1) The air conditioning unit that is in the kitchen would be much more useful in bedroom 3. An ac in all three bedrooms would be even better.2) The bathroom could use a few hooks near the shower.3) A removable shower head that has at least one setting that is something other than maid-of-the-mist would be helpful.

Jon - Thanks SO much for your thoughtful and extremely valuable comments. As an owner I’m always trying to make the comfort of the guest our highest priority. Your suggestions are greatly appreciated towards accomplishing that for future guests. Of course sometimes there are physical barriers to accomplish what we like to do because of age of the building and some times financial. But in your case all your suggestions are very practical and do-able. Again - I do appreciate your advice and guidance. Thanks again.🙏

Host communication was excellent. Check in & out was easy. The unit was fine for sleeping in but not for spending any meaningful time. The condition of the unit seemed newer in the pictures but in reality was a shabby renovation. However everything was tidy and mostly clean. Location was good for going to the Falls. Quaint brick sheet across from the university was nice. For the price it was a good option rather than staying closer in Niagara. There was a decent amount of street traffic noise at night and morning. Sounds late night noise from downstairs renter as well. Overall it was a 4/5 which worked fine for us.
