Newly renovated two-story guest house filled with original art and iconic modern furniture (Knoll, Herman Miller). Features include a sleek kitchen with stainless appliances and a gas range, luxurious marble walk-in shower, skylights, and curated touches like original artwork, luxe linens and down pillows.

French doors open to a stone terrace with a dining table and BBQ—perfect for relaxing or dining al fresco. A stylish, light-filled retreat designed for comfort, creativity, and a little indulgence.

Amazing location in the Devonshire/Park Cities / Greenway Parks area of Dallas. Surrounded by beautiful homes, and one of Dallas' few truly walkable neighborhoods. Inwood Village is less than two blocks away.

Reserved and well lit driveway parking, private garden gate entrance, fully fenced back yard well suited for dogs.

Owners do not use the backyard or driveway while guests are staying to enable as much privacy as possible.

The guest house is filled with natural light and original artwork throughout.

Modern stairs lead to the loft bedroom with new mattress, quality linens and down pillows. Due to stairs and loft property is not suitable for elderly adults, young children, or those with limited mobility. See photos.

Details have been thoughtfully considered including streaming services, fiber internet, bluetooth speakers, iron, ironing board, luggage rack, dog bowls, potty pads, poop bags, electric tea kettle, french press coffee, Nespresso coffee maker with Pods, toaster, smoothie blender, panini press, a fresh bag of ice, a selection of still, sparkling and mineral waters.

The yard is completely fenced and perfect for dogs. No other dogs on the property.

Walking distance to Inwood Village shops, restaurants, bars, Starbucks, historic Inwood Theater, Pop-up Bagels, Dunston's Steakhouse, and Trader Joes.

Property quiet and well lit in the evening. HOA provides 24/7 off duty Dallas Police to patrol the neighborhood. External security camera present in the garden/backyard of the property.

Stairs are dangerously steep.only bed is upstairs where you will hit your head a few times on the ceiling.my dog not only couldn’t make it up the stairs she rolled down from the fourth step. If you use the bathroom throughout the night definitely not optimal since it’s located downstairs.
