Mini vacation

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this property. Check in/out staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Our room was very clean and the beds so comfortable! We’ll definitely be back!

Quiet clean spacious covenient

Excellent property, clean. Spacious, well equipped, quiet, yet very close to all the action at the Marriott World Center Hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for family or conference visits.

Absolutely amazing

Area was great! Only 10 mins from Disney is a huge plus and the apartment/studio was amazing! Really clean as well!

Phenom Vacation Villa for Disney World

This was a fantastic place to stay for us and our teen! 10 min drive to Disney Springs and Epcot; really clean, updated home away from home with pool and tucked away from the busyness. Screened in porch on golf course was nice surprise!

Big complex

The room was great as well as the people ,it is a very confusing complex alot of different buildings after going to 4 of them we was escorted to our room ,that was very nice since Evan after we found check in the room was a bit of a confusing drive to the room

Great Resort

For us, the property was super convenient as we were attending the chosen con conference at an adjacent Marriott property. The condo was very nice and very well equipped. Perfect Location for Disney and ESPN Center - 10 minutes away!

My daughter and I were in town for the Dance Summit at the ESPN Center. The location was perfect for a secluded (what we wanted during COVID), private and quiet, yet very conveniently located property. The villa is very spacious and had everything we needed. It was sparkling clean and very modern. Comfortable beds. One night the air conditioning stopped working. The front desk immediately sent over the amazing Sonielle (sp?) who went above and beyond to repair our unit so we didn't have to move out for the night. He actually took the fan out of an unoccupied unit so we could stay in ours since we had a very early morning ahead. AMAZING! I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Great villa, needs a few updates

These villas are amazing, but I do have a few suggestions that would easily bump them up to 5 stars. 1-First, the carpets MUST be cleaned. My feet were black after walking around on them. They are waaay overdue for a cleaning. 2-The water in the showers does not get very hot and without a door or curtain, it actually gets a little chilly while showering. 3-Finally, the pillows are AWFUL!!! Everything else is fantastic. Lots of space, no clutter, washer/dryer, comfy beds.

Lovely stay

It was a wonderful laidback experience. I was especially pleased with the front desk staff. Did his job with great poise and also was very helpful with information of the area.

Awesome stay for work conference

We Had a work conference and the rate at the world conference center was crazy. We stayed here and shared a condo instead of 2 rooms at the hotel. Easy 5 minute walk to the hotel and 1/2 the price. Had a kitchen with everything you would need. My only complaint is the iron. It is the cheapest one possible and leaked water all over my clothes. Could use an updated iron but otherwise A+. Washer and dryer is in the condo but we didn’t use them. Has one really nice bathroom with body sprays and my brother had a game of Rock Paper Scissors and I won. The other bathroom was nice also. Overall great stay.

Nice family unit

Very nice location, very central and easy access to park. Only item we found was in unit you have heat or air but no happy medium. Very clean up to date unite set up for families for long stays. Very well equipped

a beautiful, roomy stay. Tempting just to stay at the residence instead of taking day trips!

great location. Walmart is right around the corner. So are a number of restaurants. A great place to use as home base for day trips. We received quick replies when needing assistance from home owner. This place more than met our needs. We'd definitely book this same place again in the future! Was great to have the private pool. Perhaps our fault if we didn't read the fine print, but we were surprised to learn through experience that the residence does not come stocked with toilet paper and dish soap, not even salt and pepper etc.

Comfortable, quiet, clean and roomy

I set up the reservation for my work associate for a conference being held at World Center Marriott. It was super close to the even and the feedback I received was that his stay was "comfortable, quiet, clean and roomy". Only thing was that he would of liked to have some coffee packs provided but that was a super minor thing. Overall he enjoyed his stay. Also communication was great and response were quick!
