Premier étage Condo avec une vue imprenable! Mignon comme peut être.

Les nouveaux propriétaires de ce joli condo de plain pied au deuxième étage ont ajouté de nouveaux meubles pour assurer un séjour confortable et agréable.

La cuisine ouverte et le salon permettent la conversation tout en préparant les repas et pour les vues sur la baie des deux régions. Le balcon de 96 pieds carrés est un endroit idéal pour profiter des repas ou prendre un verre tout en laissant le stress de la vie disparaître.

La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king-size, d'une salle de bains privative et d'un accès au balcon. La deuxième chambre a un lit queen size avec la deuxième salle de bain à quelques pas. Ce condo est parfait pour une famille de 4 ou 2 couples.

Les installations de cet établissement comprennent un emplacement au 1er étage (le parking est en construction), un mobilier récemment rénové et récent, une télévision à écran plat, un accès Internet WiFi gratuit, la télévision par câble, des chaises de balcon, des draps et des serviettes de qualité et un parking couvert pour deux véhicules.

Beautiful Property

The grounds around this property are wonderful. Beautiful scenery and a quiet, relaxing atmosphere. We enjoyed watching the different families of ducks with their ducklings. Our unit needs a little TLC, but it was clean and everything was usable.
Just a relaxing and beautiful sunset.

Perfect little get away condominium

Memorial Day Weekend

Enjoyed our long weekend away. This property is on the end where it is peaceful and quiet. We drove to the beach access near the bathrooms. Great location. Will definitely stay again!

Exactly as described. Nice parking. I love Pensacola! If you are looking for a good calm swimming place with no waves look on the bay side shortly after you cross over the bridge on the left, I found this very nice.

Great spot for small family

We loved our stay here. The outside of the building doesn’t look like much, but the inside was cute and clean and had everything we needed for our little family. It was our first vacation as a family of 3. It was very close to the beach - the bay and the gulf. A good deal, we would definitely stay again!

A great place to stay!

Bay watch is a great location! Easy access to all locations. The condo had everything we needed. Reasonably priced. We were concerned about crossing the bridges but they were no problem at all.

Peaceful, fun stay

Everything was nice. Plenty of rooms in bedrooms and baths. Plenty of room for six, we only had four. Very easy check in and out. Excellent communication with property manager. Will stay here again.

The property was great. Loved the view of the bay from the balcony! Kids had a blast kayaking behind the condos. Close to the beach. Bed in master bedroom was very comfy! Perfect location we loved it!

Great Location!

Loved the fact that this unit was a little ways down the beach. It made for a quiet trip, with a nice easy walk to enjoy the beach. I even got to watch the Blue Angels do a special fly over during my stay. I enjoyed the unit and the property, got to know several of the full time neighbors and owners during my stay. Would for sure stay here again!.

Enjoyed our stay here. However, I do feel they could supply you with a-roll of paper towels, a few coffee filters and if they want you to try to start to wash the sheets they could provide laundry detergent. Not complaints just suggestions to management company Would definitely stay here ahain

Beautiful Bay Stay

The condo was in a great location with the bay at the back and ocean across the street. Very clean, everything you need to cook, TVs in all three rooms. King bed had a soft mattress and the other mattress was more firm. Beautiful view from the patio: pond, pool, and bay. Ft. Pickens was close and the Blue Angels practice was phenomenal. There are 17 steps for you to climb, in case you have a handicap. Covered parking was convenient.
