The beach view was beautiful! Condo was very clean. Right down the road from the boardwalk. Really enjoyed our stay.

Pros: Condo was good. We enjoyed our stay. It was clean with a great view. Super easy walk to the beach. Cons: Needs more hand towels. Only one available for each bathroom and one for the kitchen is not enough. No Keurig, only regular coffee maker. Overall, it was a good stay and I would book again. I just feel booking with a host that owns their own property is the way to go. They are more accommodating to early check-ins. The units are more of a home away from home and have more of the things you need a lot of the time.

Beautiful view

Love the gulf side view. Bedrooms were nice. Property was clean. Things that could be improved on:Kitchen cabinet knobs were very hard to grip. Would have been nice to have beach supplies (chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, etc) provided Basic condiments such as salt and pepper would be niceThe door keypad sometimes would not lock from the outside when we left property

Right on the beach

Easy access to the beach, not crowded. Condo listing and pictures are accurate. Pool at the condo facility is nice. The only negative I can think of is it would be nice if there was some outdoor storage lockers or something under the stairs so you can store beach chairs etc.

The process was easy location to the beach was perfect. Villa was relaxing very accommodate.

Pensacola 2024

The condo was nice enough but very small, especially the bathroom in the hall. You could hardly shower, lets just say, don't drop the soap! There just was not enough room. The view was spectacular!! There was a family upstairs from us that sounded like they had 12 kids. So much stomping!!! The stomping started at 6am and went until 10 or 11pm.

Pensacola getaway

This is a great stretch of beach. Not too densely populated and the condo is right on the beach with everything you need to stay home and make the most of the location.

Great view, poor customer service

My husband and our friends were excited to stay at this condo, but we had problems almost immediately. The keycode hadnt been reset, and there was no way to get in touch with management except by text. As a result, W We were locked out and waiting outside in the humid summer heat with our two friends who are both in their late 60s. The place itself was nice, but there was no toilet paper or other essentials. This would have been helpful to put in the listing so we would have known to come prepared. Our stay would have been much better if management had been more proactive.

Everything was great, clean, easy access to the beach, only thing was the shower to master wouldnt get near as hot as guest shower. But it wasnt a big deal

So great we booked again!!

We were so impressed by the location and the beautiful beach access, the condo was so nice and clean. Check in and check out worked like a charm and communications were great. I would suggest some games and cards also maybe beach chairs and umbrella would be great for guest.

Fabulous

Paradise! We loved it! We watched the sunrise every morning and also the dolphins. The white sand beach was amazing! The water crystal clear and the fish were so playful at our feet. (Small ones). I miss it already! We'll be back.

Great place

This place was a perfect location with everything we needed. Clean. Beds were comfortable. Check in and check out were a breeze. It is a little run down, but satisfactory for a week long stay at the beach. I would stay again. My husband doesn’t think he would because little details bother him more. But overall, I would recommend!
