The property inside was very clean and comfortable. The only problem we encountered was the low water pressure in all the sinks and even more so in both of the showers. We have only a few minor recommendations for the host: It would be nice to have a folder or booklet made available for the guests which included the WiFi password, how to log into using the streaming system on the TV, nearby restaurants and point of interest. And in case there is an emergency a contact name & telephone numbers.Pulling up into the driveway was not a positive experience. The grass was overgrown, siding on the house was just hanging from the house, dirty mop was thrown on the ground along with trash bags and other miscellaneous things, First impression is a big deal. But please don't get me wrong. Inside was very well done, clean and comfortable. And I would come back for another stay.

The property description should note that the treads on the stairs leading to the second floor are very narrow. Also, there are no handrails. Carrying luggage up and down the stairs is a challenge. The dishwasher is not installed properly. The unit pitches forward and the racks roll out when the door is opened. Pots and pans are available but there were no baking sheets, oven mitts or pot holders. Other basic items such as plastic wrap and aluminum foil were lacking. One of the downstairs bathrooms could use either shades or blackout curtains. During our stay, there were only sheers in the windows which afforded no privacy in the evening when the lights were turned on. Cell service is very poor in the area. Written instructions as to the WiFi password would have avoided the need to contact the owner for the information.

This property was exactly as described on the VRBO website, the pictures were also spot on. If we had any questions or concerns, we reached out to our Host, Michael, and he was very prompt in his replies. The home was clean and the all the beds were very comfortable. This was the perfect property for our trip and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. We will hopefully be back next year. Thank you Michael for opening up your home to us!
