This PREMIER PROPERTY brick Lake House with 4 car garage has it all, a large deck for looking out and a huge patio with fire pit for sitting around and overlooking the beautiful, 750 acre Lake Elizabeth. INQUIRIES:
If this place is booked, check out our other Lake House on the same lake, HomeAway # 4432849.
This spring fed lake is clear and excellent for fishing and water sports. We can package in a boat from Twin Lakes Boat Rental and have it delivered directly to our dock. We have kayaks and paddle boards for your pleasure, included. For playing in the water, we recommend going to Twin Lakes and hitting the beach on Lake Mary or taking a boat to the Sand Bar on the south side of Lake Elizabeth.
Alpine Valley and Wilmot Skiing are minutes away for Apres Ski.
When you are not in the water, there are some woods to hike through, basketball, ping pong, corn hole and so much more. We have 3 televisions in the house with dish service and plenty of dvd movies to choose from. You are a 12 minute drive to Lake Geneva and 1 mile away from downtown Twin Lakes and my favorite Friday Fish Fry at Mad Dan's restaurant. On Wednesday's and Saturday's during the Summer, I recommend the Aquanuts water ski show at 6pm. We love it hear and know you will too!

This was a perfect location for our group of ten. Beautiful location, close to activities, quiet neighborhood, enough beds and parking places. We really loved being out on the deck. The owner was very pleasant and helpful. Great weekend!!
We had a great time! Jeff was easy to communicate with and accommodating to our group. While the property is beautiful, folks should know you cannot swim at the dock. We did rent a pontoon which provided lots of swimming opportunity and fun! Thanks again for a great stay!
Jeff’s property fit my group of 16 friends comfortably! There was some plumbing issues throughout the hot weekend but Jeff was quick to come and fix the issues. The property provided lots of fun things like kayaks, which my group enjoyed!
The house itself was bigger than expected and great size for our large family. Our biggest issue was overall cleanliness. You are charged a cleaning fee but it clearly had not been thoroughly cleaned before we arrived. Cobwebs in the basement, floors were dirty, used qtips laying on bathroom floor, etc.

Rebecca:
We used a special needs service and they took longer than we expect d them and found other issues as well. So sorry.
We have passed your issues along to the cleaning service and hopefully they do much better in the future.
We were looking for a place that would be comfortable for our extended family of 12 and this worked out great for us! There was plenty of space and a variety of things to do. We hope to come back!

So happy to hear you enjoyed yourselves even though the weather was not the best. Hopefully you can come back when the sun is out and the temperature is warm.
Thanks for coming to visit!
This is a great place for large groups. Numerous beds, lots of areas to hand out, pool table, ping pong table, outdoor area. Very well kept property. Would highly recommend.
We spent a long weekend at this property in July. The communication with Jeff was excellent. He provided lots of information on things to do in the area, including the ski show which we enjoyed. We were also lucky enough to stay on a weekend where there were fireworks on the lake. We will definitely consider again for our annual family trip!

So glad to have hosted your group. Come back again.
Very much liked the house. It was more than large enough to handle our big group. There was a lot of games and activity's to do there. Which was great because we didn't leave all week end. Jeff was a great host. Already planning our return trip next year!

Thank you for your nice review, we look forward to having your group back every year!
The house on Lake Elizabeth was wonderful. We had a total of 12 family members join us for a mini-vacation. We rented a pontoon boat from Twin Lakes Boat Rental, which added to the fun. The house was very nice with plenty of room for all of us and plenty of extra "toys," such as bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, pool table, etc. Jeff was very responsive to my questions and he gave us good suggestions on things to do and places to visit.

Amazing home and location!
Rented this home for the weekend and it couldn't have been more perfect! Great private location on beautiful Twin Lakes, big spacious rooms and great indoor and outdoor space to hang out! Owner is VERY helpful and responsive and has done a tremendous amount of work to the beautiful deck overlooking Twin Lakes and a brand new dock out to the water! Overall a great experience and wouldn't hesitate to rent again!

Renee is welcome back any time she wants. Thank you for leaving the place so clean and for your wonderful review. Much appreciated.
If you decide to come back again, we will buy the first round;) . Take care, Jeff
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful place. Jeff was a wonderful host, always going the extra mile. The only suggestion we have would be to mention the potential for noise from the neighboring property in the future. Despite that, we had a relaxing time and recommend it!

Sorry for the chainsaw noise, they are cutting 5 trees downs. They should be done in a few days, I would think.
Glad your stay was fun and relaxing.
We had a group of 16 young adults. There was plenty of space for all of us. The house was stocked with plenty of cooking utensils. And it is in a very pretty spot near the lake. And Jeff was super responsive giving us all of the information that we needed.

Exceptional house with an exceptional feel
It was my first try with homeaway and this was the best house i’ve ever stayed at! The house is located in a very peaceful estate and it was the perfect pick for a reunion with my large group of friends. The house has everything that you’d need for a comfortable stay. The host was very helpful and was very quick in answering all our questions and made sure that we had a great time. If you have a large group and are looking for a peaceful getaway by the lake, look no further!

Photos and description are misleading.
The home was not clean inside or out.
Outdoor furniture was broken and rusty.
Outdoor cushions were dirty and moldy.
The pier was not stable.
OVERALL VERY DISAPPOINTING

Maureen’s review is not accurate. Dave and I pride ourselves on providing a wonderful time by providing a dock for boat, kayak and SUP use, with lifejackets, water toys and a heavy duty raft for tubing, knee boards as well. We provided firewood, extra propane for our brand new blackstone skillet grill and just had the carpets cleaned, so the house is much cleaner now. We accept dogs and shorter stays so the carpet did have some sports. I told VRBO that Maureen wanted money back or she would write a bad review and they told me to explain things here.
We continue to provide a large place for wonderful stays and welcome people with positive attitudes that are grateful to be spending it with family and friends.
Welcome to those that read this and we look forward to hosting our premier property all year round! Btw: there is no moldy stuff.

Cheers
Jeff provided great communication and house well stocked with everything from paper towels to bath towels, games, fire wood, bug spray.... We felt welcomed before we arrived. The house is tucked away in a quiet space with plenty of room in the driveway for our 6 cars. It could probably fit a few more.
The beds were comfortable and there were extra pillows available along with extra sheets and towels. The deck was shaded and the Blackstone grill came with extra propane.
We really enjoyed the great room with the big couch and dining room table. Plenty of room to visit and move around freely.
We rented a pontoon boat that was delivered right up to his dock which was extremely convenient. The lake has a sandbar where we spent time in the water.
We had a great visit and would stay again.

About the host
Hosted by Jeff Martin & Dave Gieselman
I am an outgoing, impulsive traveler who loves adventure and experiences. I like that this house is so close to Lake Geneva and Chicagoland. What a great get away for our families. We hope you enjoy the place as much as we do!
Why they chose this property
The sunrises in the morning while reading the paper on the deck is what relaxes me. I love hiking through the woods and getting on the water, mostly with the kayaks. Call Twin Lakes boat rental and Marcus will deliver a boat right to my dock and pick it up when you are done. Reasonable rates too. We recommend Vossel Yoga and Massages for the girls get-aways.
What makes this property unique
Sit on the rock patio and enjoy the views out overlooking the 150 foot dock we just put in. )
With 13 acres of land and 1600 ft. of lakefront, the exploring has just begun through our woods and wetlands area.
