Just steps from the 606 elevated trail giving you access to some of Humboldt Park, Logan Square, and Wicker Park’s hottest restaurants, bars, and attractions. Perfect for families, couples, or groups of 6.
The space
Enjoy our bright, 4 bedroom, 1.5 bath, two-story single-family home on a corner lot with tons of natural lighting. We have a FULLY-stocked kitchen (see detailed list in the House Manual), front porch for relaxing, fenced-in backyard for alfresco dining, slackline fun for kids, and FREE on-premise parking for two cars.

**NOTE: The hosts occupy the basement which is locked off so you may occasionally see us on the premises when arriving home to our space.

We have many walkable options for parks, dining, and drinks off the 606 Bloomingdale Trail. We are also only steps from two major bus lines that provide quick access to shopping, restaurants, bars, the beach, the zoo, the library, and the Blue Line train that gives direct access to the Loop and O'hare airport.

Upstairs Bathroom: has a full tub and shower, but the bathroom is very small with a very small sink. For this reason, we have provided "vanity areas" in each room with a mirror and a place to set up makeup/hair tools.

Downstairs Powder room: off the kitchen with a toilet and sink.

Game room/office: on the first floor off the dining room has a desk, sitting area, games, and books.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the full two-story home (hosts occupy the basement from a separate exterior entrance), the front porch, the backyard, and the parking pad for two cars. Hosts will not use the front porch, backyard, or parking pad while guests are visiting.
Other things to note
There are exterior cameras on the property, for our safety so absolutely NO PARTIES or extra guests that aren't accounted for during the booking will be allowed. Immediate action will be taken should an issue arise.

Hosts occupy the basement below where you are staying so we ask that you show respect to our space and our neighbors around.

**This is a family-friendly neighborhood and quiet hours are from 10p-6a.
