This Beach House Rental is a large house located at 308 Webster Ave in Seaside Heights. This house has across both floors 6 bedrooms and 2 full baths, and with pullout couches can sleep up to 20 people. This property is great for Large family rentals during July, August, and September, or groups (April to June) - Please Note: Per new Seaside Heights Ordinance in effect for 2024 season, must have 21+ year olds signing lease and staying on the property during all group rentals.

We often have large groups or family reunions rent all 3 houses listed in these 3 ads. They form a big self contained complex that can sleep up to 52.


In April, May, and June we rent our properties out to young adults for Group rentals. Note: Per Seaside Heights new Ordinance in effect for the 2024 rental season, you must be 21+ to sign a group rental lease and the 21+ or parent signee must be staying on the property with the group.

In July, August, and Sept. this property and all surrounding properties are rented only to families with young children welcomed as we offer a quiet family environment during this time.

Young Adult Group Rentals (Rates quoted are PER PERSON RATES)

For Group rentals we can accommodate small to large groups. We have family run security on the premises during these group rentals to ensure you have a no worries experience. For our group rentals we rent on a PER PERSON basis depending on the number of nights you are staying.
For a 2 night rental the cost is $240 per person.
A 3 night rental is $350 per person.

In July and August again we rent to families only. The cost for this rental house is $3150- per week. Our weekly rentals normally run Saturday to Saturday.

This 308 Webster Ave house has 6 bedrooms and 2 baths and can sleep up to 20 across both floors. It is a short walk to either the beach/boardwalk or the Bay. Has all conveniences including, central air conditioning, two 42" flat screen TVs, WIFI, laundry room on property with several washers/dryers, natural gas grill so never have to worry about propane tanks running out, large Concrete patio, enclosed outside sand shower, and off street parking. We also provide 10 Seasonal Beach badges for your use (A $130/day value.) Close to Boardwalk and Amusements, Island Beach State Park, and one hour from Atlantic City. A great family place.

The 2nd floor of the house has three bedrooms and one tile bath with tub/shower, and can sleep up to 10 people with the two pull out couches located in the living room. It has a large eat in kitchen, three bedrooms (two with a queen sized bed in each and one with a pair of twin beds), a big living room that has two queen sized pull out couches.

The 1st floor of the house also has 3 bedrooms and one full tile bath, and with two queen sized pullout leather couches can sleep up to 10 people here. This floor also has complete kitchen with Granite countertops and new appliances. Of the 3 bedrooms, two Bedrooms have a queen sized bed and a 3rd bedroom has a pair of twin beds.
