Inside, you’ll find a bright open-concept living space with a Smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and three comfortable bedrooms—each with AC, soft linens, and plenty of storage. The bathroom is newly renovated with fresh finishes and essentials provided. For your beach days, we also provide beach chairs and beach towels, so you don’t have to worry about bringing your own.

While the building exterior reflects its history, the interior has been thoughtfully updated for comfort, style, and a modern experience. Ideal for couples, families, friend groups, and anyone looking to enjoy food, music, nightlife, and the authentic energy of Santurce.

Please note: The apartment does not include an in-unit washer or dryer; however, a laundromat is conveniently located nearby.
