Wonderful winter getaway

Stayed 4 nights in January. Perfect weather and a wonderful property nestled in a great spot for access to everything. Hosts very responsive. Place very clean and well appointed.

Great Vacation Rental

This condo was perfect! It was wonderfully furnished and decorated. The location made travel easy to others. Last but not least, the ocean and bay views were amazing to wake up to.

Great option for exploring San Juan

This is in a good central location for exploring San Juan. Unit was very clean. Things that prevented a 5 star review were: they could use more beach towels (there were only 2) and the current exterioir construction is quite loud (but does not start until 8am).

Awesome condo!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The beds are comfy and the views are spectacular. Walking distance to old San Juan and a close urban beach as well. We did have a rental car to get to the rainforest. Would stay here again for sure! Thanks!

Very Cool Condo

Me, my wife, and our 14-year-old son loved our stay at this very cool condo. The unit had everything needed to enjoy our stay and offered open living as well as privacy. It was also very stylish and comfortable, and it exceeded our expectations. The unit also has garage parking and beach supplies. The location between Old San Juan and Condado was very convenient, both walkable or a quick Uber ride away. There is also a great beach nearby. The hosts were very responsive and helpful with tips and check-in/out instructions. I highly recommend booking this unit if you are planning a visit to San Juan.

Wonderful Vacation

The condo was a wonderful place to stay while in San Juan. It is an ideal location for things to do in San Juan. The property managers were very kind and receptive to our needs. They responded back quickly to our concerns. If I go back to San Juan, I would stay there in the future.

My family had a wonderful stay. The condo is beautiful and in a great location. We went to OSJ three times and night kayaking in condado. Thank you for hosting us. We can't wait to come back.

Fantastic stay

The apartment is beautiful and comfortable, and we all loved looking out at the water from the big picture windows. Conveniently located two blocks from the local beach and a 30 minute walk or cheap Uber into the heart of Old San Juan. The hosts were very responsive. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

Wonderful stay

The condo was very beautiful as the pictures are showing. The proximately to a beach was a plus. We really had a fun vacation. The beds were so comfortable and decoration of the condo was very chic. It would be nice if there were some coffee and tea available. The only downside for us was that the noise from AC in master bedroom was very loud.

Amazing views!

The property was easy to fine. The staff was friendly at the condo, and the apartment was exactly as described. The owners are very responsive and they where able to help us with a later checkout after our flight got pushed back. The location made it easy to navigate the island in a timely manner. Will be booking again when we return.

Perfect in Puerto Rico

Book it! This is the place to stay if you're looking for walking distance to the beach, 2 minute walk to the greatest hamburger joint on the island, "El Hamburger" and 5 minute walk to about 4 different other places to eat - LOOK NO FURTHER. SAFE, SECURE, BEAUTIFUL. Hosts responsive, apartment beautiful, easy to find, centrally located.

Plentiful Views and so much more

The condo was a great base for our family vacation. The space was just right for our family. We enjoyed using the kitchen for breakfast and then heading out to explore San Juan and the rest of Puerto Rico. Escambron Beach is very close and an easy walk. We enjoyed several outings there. The snorkeling was great along the rocks. We walked to Old San Juan one day and it was nice to see the monuments along the way. This condo provided easy access to highways to explore the rest of the island. I highly recommend this property.

This place was awesome and so were the owners

From the time you walk in, you want to have your camera on or video recorder on it looks just like the pictures online - a sight to see. The set up is amazing. The communication provided by the owners is spot on. The ocean view whether from standing near the window or relaxing in the swing is breathtaking. My entire family enjoyed this home.

Just heavenly!

This place is just as described. It was fantastic! Sparkling clean, elegantly decorated with incredible views. The area is safe and building is very secure. It is a 5 minute ride (or 25 minute walk) to old San Juan. The apartment is so comfortable you really won't want to leave. Lauren was so kind and responded immediately to all questions/requests. I will definitely be staying here my next visit to San Juan.

Nice but Not for Us

Myself (38) and my older parents (65) are likely not the best demographic for this lodging. We found some of the technology challenging (had to trouble shoot the smart TV and never got the washing machine to work - smart machine which locked out bc cell phone connection). On the last day, the AC in the main bedroom stopped blowing cold air. We would have preferred additional towels (2/bathroom), blankets (no extras) and any supplies for the beach (no coolers, chairs, ect). It is a great location. I enjoyed using the gym, and we appreciated the off the street parking. There was ongoing construction of the condo building which made check in a little difficult, but that is no ones fault.

Awesome family vacation

This apartment was PERFECT for a family vacation with two small kids. It’s super spacious and the views are amazing. , which helped when one of us parents were trapped inside during nap time. My kids loved the trundle bed and the swings. It has EVERYTHING you could need. We especially appreciated the washer/dryer (and two complimentary pods!). Location cannot be beat- it’s so close to the beach, old San Juan. We had no issues regarding noise from the street. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Lauren was very responsive and communication was great overall.

Hi, we're Mike & Lauren. We left the Midwest (Chicago) to explore a change of pace, warmer weather, and just a new lifestyle. We spend part of the year down in the tropical island of Puerto Rico and the rest in the sunshine state of Florida/theme park capital of the world with our gorgeous 2 year od daughter and newborn baby boy Christian.

We are opening our homes up to you in hopes that you can enjoy it as much as we do. We put much thought into the entire guest experience so your vacation is as memorable as possible.
