This house is super clean, well stocked with all sorts of things to do as well as plenty of room to spread out. The host is excellent to work with and very responsive! If you are looking for a place in Lubbock with a fairly large group then this is a great option!

This property was clean and the beds/bedrooms were as advertised. The check in process was good and they even had it ready for us a little bit early to accommodate a schedule change in our plans! This is an older property in an older part of town but it was great for the groomsmen for my sons wedding to stay in!

The house was nice and had plenty of room for all. The yard was a good place to spread out and play games. Downside was that the kitchen needed so much attention that we spent several hours getting is usable. Wash the items you intend to use and put the rest in a different cabinet. There were pools of fat under the stove burners. It should be clean for awhile now, but have a look to see if it is building up again.

Overall the house was very well appointed. Hot tub not working, other than that we had a pleasant stay, close by Texas Tech, and plenty of places to eat near by.
