Just what we needed

The property is very nice and just a short walk from the beach. We enjoyed the area and long walks on the beach! Very welcoming and good communicationn.

First visit to Cape Canaveral

Very good location, good appliances, air conditioning functioned well, well stocked kitchen. Floor rugs not as in the photos, corners curling up creating tripping hazards. Property was listed for sale during our stay, creating an uncomfortable situation after a realtor lock box was installed on the door.

Affordable getaway for 2 friends just 1.5 blocks from the beach

The location is great. Clean, safe, small apartment / condo building just one and a half blocks from the beach access boardwalk. Super easy walk on a quiet street leading to a less busy part of the beach. Enjoyed moderate length beach walks every day to the Cocoa Beach Pier & Riki Tiki Tavern in once direction and a longer walk to the jetty in the opposite direction. Loved having an assigned off-street parking space. Cute apartment, attractive beachy theme. Well-stocked kitchen. Comfortable for our group of 2 friends staying for 4 nights. A few recommendations for small improvements: install a curtain in addition to the existing blinds in the twin bedroom to block out a little more light, install a bathroom ventilation fan (however you can open the window), provide a drying rack for damp towels and bathing suits, change out the 2 bedside tables in the twin bedroom for one larger dresser so we have more space to store our stuff. Recommend bioluminescent kayaking from Haulover Canal on Merritt Island which is much better than the experiences closer to Cocoa Beach because it's very dark over there. It's worth the drive.

Unethical Host

My husband sustained a severe spinal injury days before our travel and we had to cancel our long awaited trip. I simply asked this host to cancel our reservation due to the circumstances, for which she refused. I did not ask for a refund, just to cancel so I could follow up with our travel insurance company to try to recoup any funds possible- again, through insurance, NOT the host, not VRBO, and she REFUSED to do so. Said I should have notified her weeks in advance.... my husband wasnt injured weeks in advance... but okay.. her refusal to cancel has made it so our insurance company will not accept theclaim. Everything else, tours, plane tickets, concert ticks, everything refunded no issue except for this because of this unethical landlord! For no reason too, it doesnt impact her or VRBO at all. Insurance company suggested filing a chargeback, so thats what im doing. Thanks for all the extra stress on top of the injury and medical stuff we are dealing with! Unless youre psycic, id advise to stay far away from this unethical landlord.

Beach Condo

Nice condo with short walk to Cocoa Beach. Fully stocked with towels, TP, and kitchen necessities. Strange oder that sticks with you even when out. Can hear people above you. Not as advertised: Living room is cut in half with kids double bed bedroom added. Kitchen divider has been removed.

Great vacation in Cape Canaveral

Very nice condo, well decorated and well taken care of. Great location, 5 min walk from the beautiful beach. The bed was super confortable. Very quiet area where you can walk or bicycle. The owner provides a lot of beach items and is very helpful if you have questions. Overall it’s a great condo, we’ll go back for sure ! Thanks Santa !!

Lovely condo close to beach and everything you need

Lovely condo, very comfortable and great location near everything in Cape Canaveral and Cocoa Beach area. Only a block and half to beach. Owner provides lots of little extras for your convenience which is much appreciated. Highly recommend!

Very relaxing

The place was nice and clean it was like home..it even had small things that made it better..like chairs for beach cooler sunscreen and coffee and salt etc..and the neighbors were great sat outside and talked for hours while we washed our clothes..we decently will stay again

Nice place

It was exactly as pictured. Communication was great. Only issue was air conditioner leaked all out in floor and i had to empty a bowl every few hours when the ac was running. Would stay again.

Quite Area close to beach

We throughly enjoyed our stay perfect for 2 people. We only had one complaint and that was the AC unit was leaking in the bedroom and we heard dripping all day and night. Had to put a bucket there just to keep it from saturating the area. Property manager didn't get it fixed throughout our stay so it was kinda annoying. Overall the place is exactly like it is listed. Loved the access to the beach, not busy area, no hassle checking in early which was nice. Overall great time!

Decorated so adorable. Loved the big tv. Bed was very comfortable. Close to the beach.

Condo is so nicely decorated. We loved the big tv, and that we could record our favorite shows. The queen sized bed was very comfortable. We were not far from the beach. Santa was very helpful. We are coming back next year. Thanks Santa!

Charming condo close to beach

This condo appears to be professionally decorated and it has all the conveniences that you could need. The neighborhood is peaceful and makes for pleasant strolls at any time of day. The beach is so close and convenient as are other area attractions that are only a short drive. For two weeks my husband and I enjoyed this lovely condo. I'd give the owner credit for the two weeks of perfect weather, but it doesn't work that way. It was a privilege to stay here and we hope to again.
