This cute little cottage was a perfect spot for our first trip to Florida. We enjoyed the pool and the beach everyday. We love the small town feel, with so many things to do nearby. My husband loved it so much he wants to move there.

We visited Cape Canaveral to see the SpaceX launch and this was the perfect location. The beach is at the end of the street and an easy walk. The unit was as described, very clean. It was easy to communicate with the hosts and they were happy to provide more information and answer questions. The check-in information is detailed and easy to follow. The check out process isn’t taxing. We brought our dog and the area is very pet friendly. Over all, if I could rate them 10 out of 5 I would. Definitely would stay again.

Nice 1 bedroom, very peaceful and quiet location. Enjoyed the pool every day and it was a 5 minute walk to a very beautiful and clean beach! Erin was a great hostess thanks!

Gorgeous cottage, great location and features!

Cottage #102 is very nice, and the term "Cozy Cottages" applies excellently. The pool is just outside the door, the Wi-Fi is great, and the cottage is very close to both the beach and local food and shopping. We loved our stay here and would gladly come back.

Great location to the beach

My husband and i loved this cottage! It was a few blocks from the beautiful and warm ocean. Loved that we could just walk out our door and into the pool. Lot of restaurants and shopping close by. Would love to come back again soon!

Lovely Spot!

We love little beach cottages like this and it was just what we needed. Pleasantly surprised :) Bath towels are amazing, beach towels could be updated. We would stay here again. The pool-side apt is the best! Loved it!
