Newly updated, simply decorated, spacious house featuring 4 bedrooms (sleeping for 10), 3 baths, living room, fully stocked kitchen, outdoor grill, dining room (seating for 10), and laundry room. It is surround by cornfields & has a stocked pond. The house is located about 15 miles from John Arnold arena in Sturgis, KY, which hosts numerous events through the year! Fishing/swimming includes Moffit’s lake (25 minutes) or Lake Barkley (1.5 hours) away. Hunting includes Blackford Oaks WMA (0.5 miles), Big Rivers WMA (18 miles), and Higginson-Henry WMA (19 miles). The house is located 6 miles outside of Clay, Ky and less than 30 miles from Providence, Dixon, Sturgis, and Marion, Ky.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please load and start the dishwasher including used coffee pots
Please place used bed linens in the laundry room floors and used towels, wash clothes, hand towels, kitchen towels in the bathtub
Place tied up trash bags (kitchen & bathroom) in the attached garage
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Geothermal HVAC system please only change thermostat a few degrees at a time! Upon checkout please leave A/C on 75 degrees or heat on 65 degrees
NO HUNTING ON THE FAMILY FARM! No cleaning or draining animals on the property!!! Large building and small storage unit are off limits for guests!
More than welcomed to use attached garage and small garage with manual opener!
