Modern 4BR w/private office. Sprawling home w/2 living areas, private yard, and centrally located close to freeways, grocery stores, shopping and restaurants. Unwind with the whole crew in this comfortable family friendly home in quiet NE neighborhood. This is a beautiful, newly remodeled tri-level home. Enjoy two living spaces for group hangouts or solo recharge time. A living room, kitchen, and office are on ground level. The family room, and half bathroom three steps down from the kitchen and also access to backyard. All of the bedrooms, the 3/4 bath and full bath are upstairs. There is also a sunroom with a dartboard and a beautiful, fully private backyard with bocce ball half court, wood burning chiminea, seating, and room to stretch under the stars. No smoking or animals are permitted. We want you to relax and enjoy your stay! To maintain a peaceful environment for everyone, we kindly ask that no parties or events be held at the property.
