Nestled in Albuquerque, this charming house boasts 4 bedrooms- 1 king and 3 queen beds. All bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs. There are 2 full bathrooms and 1 guest bathroom just off the laundry room. This home features 2 living areas to capture the views of the Sandia Mountains and our breathtaking New Mexico sunsets. Lots of natural light, and original wood floors add to the appeal of this home. With amenities like AC, heating, Wi-Fi, washing machine, dryer, and more, guests will have everything they need for a fabulous stay. Come experience the amazing and gorgeous charm of this property. You won't be disappointed. We welcome you to our home!

Pool will be open from May 1 to mid- October. There will be an additional $100 charge to heat the pool, payable at time of stay. There will be an additional fee of $150 if pool heater is adjusted. We will happily adjust it for you, just let us know. Adjusting on your own will result in fees. No Exceptions!

Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash

Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys

We clean and maintain the house ourselves. All linens are washed after each stay. Feel free to sleep comfortably under the covers. No food allowed in beds.

Leave beds unmade. Towels can be left on bathroom floor. Put dirty dishes in the dishwasher.

Checks all drawers for personal items, log off TVs and apps.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Do not adjust the pool temperature on your own. A fee of $150 will be charged

The house was very clean and everything was new! We had some issues with the hot water in the showers and the owner responded immediately and took care of the issue! He was on top of it! I highly recommend this house! We would love to stay here again!

This house is stunning. There are way more amenities than listed. Attention to detail made us feel pampered. Not listed was the chef’s kitchen. Anything you could possibly need is there. Rooms and bathrooms are generous in size and so pretty. The pool and bathrooms were always clean. The Host is a breeze to work with. We have using vrbo for the last 10 years and this has been, by far, our best experience.
