No smoking in the house. No parties or third-party visitors are allowed. Registered guests only. Quiet time after 11 p.m. Report any damages immediately. No pets allowed
Make sure to turn off the lights, any electronics and takeout any trash when you leave the house. Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the door.

This is the second time staying at this place and, same as the first time, everything was perfect: communication with the host, cleanliness, neighborhood is very quiet and safe, located in very close proximity to the ring road, amenities, etc. I would highly recommend it to anyone who's looking to get a very nice VRBO in Edmonton.

The place is impeccable and has anything needed while being away from home. The communication with the host was very prompt. Based on my experience I would highly recommend this place and I would definitely stay here again in the future.
