Welcome to Casa Cochimí, your home away from home in the serene Las Tunas neighborhood. We are located just a 10-minute walk to the beach and 3 miles (5 km) from the vibrant heart of Todos Santos. Kick back in this stylish studio, where you will enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, luxurious bathroom, and oversized private terrace with 360° ocean & mountain views. The apartment is located on the top floor of the third villa and requires stairs to reach the entrance.
Enjoy our saltwater pool with queen-sized daybeds, sun loungers, and bbqs. Nearby you will find our laundry room, provided with complimentary laundry detergent. We also provide free, secure parking on-site for our guests.

A car is necessary to access the property and get around town. The road to the house is unpaved and rocky. I’d suggest something with a bit more ground clearance. Free secure parking is available onsite.

The villa is just a 10-minute walk (0.4 miles / 0.6 km) to the beach and the birdwatching lagoon. Enjoy easy access to fishing spots and peaceful walks along the shoreline.
Surfers will love the world-class waves at La Pastora, just two miles north. From December to mid-March, you may even spot whales right from the upstairs terrace.
