Welcome to THE PALACE, a lake-front royal retreat that sleeps 14+ making it perfect for your dream desert getaway! This newly built home on the lake offers an updated backyard with pool/spa, bbq, firepit, outdoor games, and more. The family room has a 75 inch LG TV and 4 full-size arcade machines. The kitchen boasts a pizza oven and new appliances. All bedrooms are furnished with designer furniture, lighting and 55” Samsung TVs. The garage has a new, fast electric vehicle charger!

Great property for a larger family, it was perfect for us. The host was incredibly kind and communicated in a very timely manner. The property is very clean and comfortable. The pool was the perfect size for us and our small grandchildren.

Awesome home in Indio! A bit farther from Palm Springs Main Street than we realized but awesome nonetheless! Could have done with a few more comfortable loungers and umbrellas but other than that fantastic place!
