They were very accomodating if needing towels, soap, paper supplies, etc. Friendly staff. Hot breakfast but it was the same thing 6 of the 7 days. The pool and hot tub did not work which was a disappointment; and one of the criteria for picking a place was a hot tub.

Accommodations were subpar. No deadbolt on our door, dirty carpets and floor, BUT the customer service was OUTSTANDING!!!! I cannot say enough fabulous things about their understanding and willingness to accommodate us. We asked for a refund on our stay, and chose a different hotel to stay at for our visit.
