The first floor is open and airy with freshly refinished hardwood floors throughout. There is a spacious dining room that seats six; a sunny living room with wood-burning fireplace, built in bookshelves, smart tv, and additional seating that converts to a twin bed for more sleeping space; and a well-stocked full kitchen with wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. The second floor has two queen bedrooms (one with a work area) and a full bath with a bathtub. Tasteful mid-century details can be found throughout this modernized 100-year-old brick cottage. Other amenities: washer/dryer, high speed Wi-Fi, off-street parking, small private yard, central AC throughout. This property is perfect for small groups and families.

We had a wonderful stay at the Evanston Charmer! The home was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect — close to campus, restaurants, and all the best spots in the Evanston area. It was the ideal place for our visit, and we’d definitely stay here again!
