The home has four themed bedrooms: a serene master with a king and twin bed, a modern farmhouse room with a king, a nature-themed green room with a queen, and an ocean-inspired bunk room. Enjoy multiple entertainment areas including an upstairs lounge with a mini bar, wine cooler, dart board, and massage tools; a cozy living room with recliner couches and TV; and a basement packed with fun including a Pac-Man arcade game, ping pong, pool table, massage chair, and another TV. Families will appreciate a kids’ zone with toys, books, a play mat, a high chair, and a dedicated desk with high-speed WiFi. Stay active with the cardio elliptical machine. The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, cookware, Keurig, air fryer, rice cooker, and Nutribullet. The dining space is perfect for meals and gatherings. Step outside to enjoy the patio with propane grill, lounge chairs, and frequent deer sightings. The home offers free parking for 5 cars and a washer and dryer. Whether you’re planning a family vacation or relaxing nature retreat, this home has everything you need.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee (subject to availability).
Maximum 5 cars allowed.Guests are responsible for any violations(speeding, parking tickets, delivery issues, etc).Fines must be paid within 2–3 weeks.The community is very firm about the speed limit.
Lost & Found     •    Items left behind will be held for 48 hours. After that, unclaimed items will be discarded.     •    Found items can be mailed at the guest’s expense.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
We reserve the right to request guest IDs and/or a security deposit after booking. Credit card fraud will be reported and prosecuted.
All guests must complete a registration form (provided after booking) and return it at least 4 days before check-in.
Last-Minute Bookings: For reservations made within 3 days of check-in, an additional $35 fee is required to process the community registration form.

Our host Payal was terrific, great communication and quick responses to all my inquiries. From the ease of check in to check out everything was perfect. The house was impeccable, from the cleanliness to amenities. Unfortunately, our stay was short but we plan to book again come summer.

The home was very well kept and clean, the check in process was a little bumpy at first but was fixed extremely fast when i contacted the host. Other than that, the stay went very well and was comfortable and good for my family. The only concern was the amount of TVs in the home, my family and I think it should have been more than just 3. Great home at the end of the day.
